NYC: Socorrat Paella Bar; restaurant review

The specialty at Socorrat Paella Bar is the namesake socorrat—the delicious crusty rice that forms on the bottom of a paella pan (disappointingly, the veggie version lacks this crust). Tapas are tasty—try the garlic shrimp and patatas bravas—and the sangria goes down easily.
