A Himalayan combination platter provides the opportunity to sample many dishes, including buckwheat fout bread, crushed radish pickle, and goat curry. I’m not so sure when I’ll be ready to try Ema-Datsi—the fiery Bhutanese national dish made with spicy long green chilies combined with an American cheese sauce.
